In recent years, various state departments in China have released preferential policies to support the industrial development of companies in particular SME. Hence, local government bureaus have also started to promote the application of companies to take advantage of tax reductions or subsidies in areas of science & technology, R&D, information technology, sustainability etc.

近年来，中国的各个国家部门都发布了许多优惠政策，以支持特别是中小企业的产业发展。因此，地方政府部门也开始推动企业申请利用科技、研发、工业和信息技术等领域进行税收减免或补贴。

Even though these incentives and tax reductions sound very promising for many enterprises, companies operating in China are often uncertain about the regulations and necessary steps to take advantage of favorable government policies. After having started the application process many are also facing challenges to fulfil the requirements for preferential treatment in a compliant and effective way.

尽管这些激励措施和减税措施对许多企业来说听起来很有希望，但在中国经营的公司往往对利用有利的政府政策的法规和必要行为不确定。在开始申请程序后，许多企业依旧面临着挑战，如何以合规和有效的方式满足优惠待遇的要求。

In our Preferential Policy Briefing on December 21 we aim to give you an update on selected policies such as the “High- and New Technology Enterprise” status (HNTE) and “Green Factory” cerification as well as other incentives, which are targeted and discusses by many of your member companies recently. We have invited experts in the area of government policies, finance & tax as well as company representatives to provide the latest information and sharing their practical experience.

在12月21日的优惠政策说明会上，我们旨在向大家介绍一些选定的政策，如 "高新技术企业政策"（HNTE）和 "绿色工厂认证 "以及其他激励措施，这些政策是绝大多数会员企业最近的目标和讨论内容。我们邀请了政府政策、财政和税收领域的专家以及企业代表提供最新信息并分享他们的实践经验。
